Inside the outer shipping envelope- each order comes with a burlap sack for your ring, a hand texture metal tin, a hand written note (a thank you or a wild philsophy proably), and a 1 of 1 drawing on the envelope.
This type of packaging happened on accident while exploring branding and logo options. Sketching on the envelopes, trying new pens. I eventually realized all I need to do is sometimes swap my notebook for these envelopes, and by default- I have even more reasons to be creative. For that I thank you!

I ordered a custom ring and everything turned out exactly as I asked for, couldn’t be more happy with my purchase. The ring is very comfortable and I got used to it right away, it fits true to size and looks great.
Where's the 10 stars option! Not only is the ring amazing quality and beyond beautiful craftsmanship, but the customer service Logan provides is stellar. The timelines for everything were accurate and we received our ring in time for the big day. And despite the fact that we bought a ring sizer, we didn't have all the knowledge needed to know an accurate size. Despite our screw up Logan worked with us to get us a new ring sent for a very small fee. Don't be like us, go to a jeweler to get measured. My husband loves his ring. I did a custom design and everything was accurate and beautiful. Thank you so much!!!
I am so incredibly happy with this wedding band that I bought for my fiancé. Not only is it exactly as described, but they were SO responsive to all of my messages, and kindly made sure that it would arrive on time. I'm sure that many other busy etsy shops wouldn't have been able to make such accommodations around this time of year.
My husband loves it so much. We got married in the mountains, and have both spent half our lives in the mountains as well so it means a lot to us. I love that this ring represents us.
My [now] wife and I were looking for something unique, special, and matching when it came to our holy matrimony rings. We opted for the custom mountain range to signify the location of our marriage as well as the place where our relationship started and grew. Rugged Ringwear knocked it out of the park. The customer service was attentive and quick to respond to our requests. I stayed with the traditional color way but my wife requested a ring gold ring with a silver in-lay which Rugged Ringwear provided a quick quote with plenty of customization. They are absolutely gorgeous on their own but even better when together. The detail in the mountains is amazing (Engineer Peak in Colorado and some of the surrounding San Juans). True artistry. I would not hesitate to order a ring through Rugged Ringwear. Thank you so much!

They have been so helpful and responsive! When I saw this ring, I fell in love, and I showed it to my fiancé, and he loved it too! It is even more incredibly beautiful in person… We did not do custom mountains. We just did the ones that come on the ring and they're beautiful. So I would go for it if you're thinking about it.
We ordered my fiancé a 9.5 it was lovely but too small so we sized up to a 10. The exchange was simple and we loved the ring so much we ordered a matching ring for me too in size 7.5. It is a lager ring for a woman's hand but I'm not a petite girl so I love it. We want to wear them now but we got a few months to go yet.

Love this ring. My Fiancé and I looked far & wide to find something for him that suited his personality, He had a Specific width that he wanted as well, and Logan accommodated for that. Ordering a forever item like a wedding ring from the internet feels risky, but this was a total win!

The order process, ring sizer and delivery was easy and quicker than I expected! I wore it for a day and it felt…. weird. I’ve never been one for jewelry and never worn a ring for more than 5 minutes so it was a new feeling But I’m sure I’ll get used to it after our wedding. The craftsmanship on the ring is awesome and the custom engraving is perfect. It is comfortable and exactly what I was hoping for.
