Ring exchange was perfect! I tried sticking with my original size but it wasn’t easily able to come off. Half size up and it fits perfectly! New engraved design is just as awesome. Will recommend rugged ring wear to everyone. Thank you guys!

Minimal waste packaging
Inside the outer shipping envelope- each order comes with a burlap sack for your ring, a hand texture metal tin, a hand written note (a thank you or a wild philsophy proably), and a 1 of 1 drawing on the envelope.
This type of packaging happened on accident while exploring branding and logo options. Sketching on the envelopes, trying new pens. I eventually realized all I need to do is sometimes swap my notebook for these envelopes, and by default- I have even more reasons to be creative. For that I thank you!

We got the hammered titanium ring as an engagement ring for my partner and he loves it! I waited several months after receiving the ring in the mail to propose, after which we discovered the ring was a little two big. Despite being MONTHS OUT FROM THE PURCHASE THE SELLER RESPONDED SUPER PROMPTLY AND ALLOWED US TO EXCHANGE THE RING FOR A SMALLER SIZE. INCREDIBLE Customer SERVICE WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!
I had a great experience purchasing my wife's and my own wedding rings. I have a weird shaped ring finger and the ring shaper they send worked great, but I just didn't actually try to move the sizer over my finger joint where it was thicker. I sent my ring back for an upsize and though the shipping label was having technical issues, the team was very responsive and timely with emails. It wAs getting close to wedding day and after I told them that, my ring came 1-2 days later! Not sure I'll need another ring but I would use them again.
The ring resize service was well worth it. We were updated on the status of the ring/shipment regularly and it arrived earlier than expected. The ring now fits perfectly. And a nice surprise was that the ring was polished for us without even asking! All the minor scuffs and scratches are gone :) Thank you so much Team Rugged!
Such an incredible company to work with! We ordered our wedding rings and they were super responsive and helpful in picking the right ones. We got the rings but it turned out that we actually needed a half size smaller. The exchange process was super painless and quick. I couldn't recommend this company and their rings more!

The exchange had a couple hiccups at first, but they rectified the situation as quickly as they could and got me a perfectly resized ring!! I even have it engraved and it turned out absolutely perfect. the titanium is incredibly light weight.
